We were a bit skeptical as to if these claims were warranted or not, because the rich and famous usually get the short end of the stick when it comes to lawsuits and rape charges like these. But after reading more details in The Smoking Gun, it's pretty clear what happened.

"The victim was screaming and kicking to get away. Witness James G Williams heard the screams of the victim; came and unlocked the door. The victim ran from the trailer naked."

Now there are very few reasons why anyone would run from a trailer screaming and naked. I'd like to see how Anderson's lawyers defend witness testimony like that.
