Anna Nicole Took Drugs During Pregnancy

In sealed court documents filed yesterday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, a woman who befriended Anna Nicole Smith last year claims that the TrimSpa spokemodel regularly ingested drugs during her pregnancy. TMZ reports:
In her declaration, Laurie Payne… adds that Smith told her that, prior to her pregnancy with Dannielynn, she miscarried an unborn baby, also fathered by Birkhead… [In addition,] Anna Nicole was taking methadone and Xanax in May, 2006, during her pregnancy. Payne says that she actually administered pills to Smith from a bottle marked “Methadone” and that she “personally observed” Smith taking “a rather high dose of Xanax” around the same time.
I remember from the many doctor’s visits when I was pregnant that there were several things strictly forbidden for pregnant women. Things like: no caffeine in the first trimester, no ibprofen, no blue-veined cheeses or cold-water fish, and…. oh, yeah — no fucking Xanax or synthetic heroin while you’re gestating a fetus. That’s right up there with, “Try not to punch yourself in the stomach” or “Steer clear of formaldehyde douches.”
